The SeaI/O-462U is a powerful USB-based I/O module with 96 channels for digital control and monitoring. It features 12 eight-bit ports, which can be configured for input or output to integrate seamlessly with PC-based control and automation systems. The dual DB-78 connectors make it easy to connect up to four relay racks, ideal for controlling sensors, switches, security systems, and more.

Powered by a 9-30VDC source, the module uses Sealevel's SeaLATCH USB port for a secure connection to the host system, preventing accidental disconnections. Communication with the system is done via Modbus RTU protocol or through Sealevel's SeaMAX API. Additionally, the module includes Sealevel’s software drivers, making it simple to install and operate across both Windows and Linux operating systems.
